sir,what are the ways by which i can purchase scheduled tribe land from a lady. i am non st . and residential plot belongs to 5th scheduled area which is in dist bastar , chhattisgarh ?

Sir,I have a commercial shop in Mumbai which is on Pagdi system. I pay the rent to the landlord. But the propety is on Collectors land. My query is if the property goes for redevelopment under Mhada's SRA scheme will I get the shop in the new building as I have proof like rent receipts, electricity bill and the Shop and establishment certificate of my staying there since 1998 and not from 1995 as required for the SRA Scheme.

Respected sir , we are the public limited company we have made a leave & licence agreement with A for running canteen for benifit & use of our employees the term of agreement is one yrs only .we have received various complaints from the employees union for not providing quality food .so we have issued aletter to canteen holder A that as the leave & licence agreement expires you need to vacate the premises after thathe(canteen holder)approch to the civil court for declaration & permanant injunction The Hon'ble civil court please to pass the order the "Defendant is hereby permanantly restraint from taking forcible possession of the suit premises without following due process of law now my question is WHAT IS DUE PROCESS OF LAW? Dear Experts, I am 31, stay in Mumbai. I got married to my GF on 27 May 2011. A priest from Arya Samaj came to venue hall and performed solemnized our marriage in presence of all relatives from my side only, but no one came from the girl side only because we didn’t want to disclose the matter to her family or friends also. Everything went done. We have clicked hundred of photographs with guests and priest etc and shoot videos for proof also. Next day I got Marriage Certificate from Arya Samaj Priest on Arya Samaj's letter head with stamp and signature of the same priest on it. DO MY QUERIES ARE: 1) SO DOEST IT MEAN I AM LEGALLY MARRIED TO THIS GIRL? 2) DO I STILL NEED TO REGISTER IT WITH BMC OR COURT? 3) IF I GO TO REGISTER MY MARRIAGE WITH BMC OR REGISTRAR WITH OUR DOCS AND ADDRESS PROOFS ETC, WILL THEY PEOPLE SEND ANY NOTICE TO GIRL'S ADDRESS? 4) IN ANY CASE, WILL GIRL'S PARENTS WILL COME TO KNOW ABOUT THE MARRIAGE WE HAVE DONE? 5) CAN I REGISTER MY MARRIEG IN GUJARAT IF I HAVE PERFORMED MARRIAGE IN MUMBAI? BECAUSE I M FROM GUJARAT, SO MY PASPORT HAVE ADDRSS OF MUMBAI, BUT MY RATION CARD AND BIRTH CERT. HAS ADDRESS OF GUJARAT.. SO CAN I REGISTER THERE? 6) IF HER PARENTS COME TO KNOW ABOUT IT, AND IF THEY RAISE ANY OBJECTION, CAN I LEGALLY PROVE OURSELVES ( ME AND MY WIFE NOW) RIGHT? CAN POLICE OR ANY AUTHORITY CAN PROVE IT IN VALID EVEN AFTER WE ARE MARRIED NOW AND VALID THROUGH ARYA SAMAJ? 7) I HEAD THAT I CAN REGISTER OUR MARRIAGE ONLY THROUGHT MY DOCUMENTS ONLY, AND NON NEED TO SUBMIT HER ADDRESS PROOF ETC... IS IT? 8) I HAD HAVE MARRIAGE AFFIDAVITE WHICH I NOTORISED WITH MINE AND MY WIFE'S SIGNATURE BEFORE MARRIAGE, THAT WE ARE GETTING MARRIED WITHOUT ANY FORCE OR LIKE THAT. dear sir, i am working with a A psu, and i also got selected for another B psu,, i want to join psu B ,but i hav dont tell psu B abt my current employer A as psu A dont provide noc easily, there is 2 years probation period & 1 month notice peroid in psu A.. i am ready to pay bond amount & to give month notice period resignation my question-- 1- is there any problem to join psu B. 2- will there be any problem in future suppose psu B came to know that this fact. 3- what can i do now... 4- what will bethe right procedure to resgin from current post.
