    Dear Dr. Amaresh Kumar, Your response to my query is acknowledged thankfully. Your observation 'As an employee if you feel that after litigation you will get Rs.1.00 you may settle the matter if you are provided paise 80 out of the court and agree to serve the institutions' being the factual situation, my query was to ponder over any other feasible alternate to receive the much publisised legal help serving as mere window dressing only in our democratic country.
