Divorce case running from since last 1 year, but we got next date only.
Judge give us next date for Evidence and its approx six month gone evidence is present but judge not taking his call from evidence, what should i do? is it possible to get divorce without evidence ?

You have already engaged an able, competent and intelligent lawyer who is well aware about the facts, circumstances and proceedings, what is his/ her opinion ??? Have you lost faith in your lawyer and seeking opinion on this platform? If so, change him/her immediately.
Why do you need second opinion and obligation of experts on this platform on the basis of limited facts posted by you except the fact it is available FREE OF COST??
