what are facts leading to asylum?

against whom the asylum was taken?

on what ground asylum was taken?

what are facts leading to visits in India?

What problems are there in India?

What are the facts? What is the real issue, if any?
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 15 November 2018
Vague facts. Please submit reply to the questions raised by expert Mr. Sudhir Kumar, which I fully agree as the same are relevant to the query.
Consult a local lawyer for better appreciation of facts, guidance and proceeding.

Some big property mafias of my city were trying to prove that I'm member of ISI or ISIS with fake evidence because they want to grab my whole property even police was also helping them. They also attacked to harm me so I went South Korea for some time. And after 9 months I came back because a ngo and local politicians helped to get rid off. And now I'm planning to visit European countries, so I was worried that can a asylum affect my visa application.

Nothing to worry . It will not affect. Discuss with a good Senior Travel Agent for your Visa applications.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 15 November 2018
Not clear with facts.

Whether you formally took asylum or just fled the country for some time. So that sitting abroad you could take care or the property which some mafia wants to gram.

If you really took asylum whether attack by some private persons was a sufficient ground for seeking asylum.

were you (i) facing religion, political or ethnic persecution; or (ii) you were military deserter.
