Sir i have a 7 bigha land i am in possesion of it from past 25 years the land comes under custodian land can someone other demand possesion of it or i would be the sole owner ?

Better contact the revenue authorities about the classification of the land and the proof you have possession by kists, rent, etc.,

The concerned authority of the LOCAL Govt can appraise you the best.
Apparently till date no one has staked any claim and neither govt has desired so to get the land from you.

In such matters IT may be very difficult to defeat the claim or original owner and govt.
IT is felt that IT shall be proper to assess from LOCAL authority.
And avoid allurements by just anyone.
