Consult local Lawyer about the unreistered agreement

Yes, consult the local lawyer about the unregistered agreement. It appears to be time barred. Moreover Moreover your uncle couldn;'t pay the balance. Hence succeeding in the suit at this belated time appears to be bleak. Anyway consult a good local lawyer with unimpeachable integrity.

Specific performance of the terms of the agreement has been time barred long long ago.

is your uncle paying the interest as agreed in the agreement and have receipts for the same. If you have evidence for the transactions, immediately approach an experienced advocate for filing of case.
