Due to pay arrear, we need to deposit EPF in respect of few employees who have already left the organization and had closed their old EPF Account.

What are the options available to us to deposit the EPF for these employees.

Very funny response of Ms. Usha Kapoor !!
She has again proved that she is merely a Google research lady, not a legal expert. She posts any vague text or link for anything else. As usual, she posted a totally irrelevant link of the article of Economics India for calculation of interest, which is done by the EPFO, whereas the querist has very clearly asked a question how to deposit the amount of EPF contributions when the accounts of the employees have already been closed.

She has advised that the employer and employee, must contribute, whereas the employer is ready to contribute the balance of contributions, but asks the procedure how to deposit.

Ms. Usha Kapoor, if knows the Rules and Regulations of EPFO, should advice the querist accordingly, not merely misusing the space of the LCI by any type of irrelevant posts. Day by day, through her thoughtless posts, she is confirming herself as a stubborn type of fake expert.
