How to obtain decree of injunction

Dear Legal Experts ,

Requesting you to refer me books with sections how a legal heir of a property can obtain decree of injunction to restrain others to make any construction on that property, The owner of the property already died.

You have not provided relevant information to form an opinion, analyse and advise on the subject matter.
When did owner of the property die and whether the property has been transferred/mutated in the name(s) of LRs of deceased?
How and why other(s) can construct the property owned by some other person(s).
What is the intention of seeking reference and information qua books and section to restrain "outsiders" from raising any construction?
