Can the parties use word like "defendant has come to the court with unclean / soiled hands by presenting a false manufactured story" in affidavit of evidence in chief, even if they have substantial evidence to show.
What should be ideal language of an affidavit of evidence in chief?

Ms. Usha Kapoor has produced a good example of her being a copy and paste expert & Google Lady in her bid to make the querist learn the law of British Columbia State of Canada. It seems, she thinks as if the querist can submit affidavit on behalf of opposite party or can make his opposite party and his lawyer to follow guidelines as per the guidelines of another country.

Affidavits are same everywhere. I already said We US, UK etc have similar legal systems. I just provided the link. No copy paste business. Basic principles of Affidavit are same everywhere,.. So there is nothing wrong in providing the US Affidavit.You are very much ignorant of how other legal systems work. Naturally you are not from legal back ground. Today Kamakshi complained against Dhingra Ji and Raj kumar for their Amorous adventures Don't they have women grievance cell she asked in her complaint.There are many women out there who given an opportunity and encouragement would outwit their male counterparts in law and many other disciplines.

Quite a vague justification of your earlier senseless advice without using even commonsense that the querist did not ask what should be the language of his own affidavit. The querist simply asked whether the language used is justified in law or not. When you have not understoo the question, what was the relevance of your advice.
Not only that you have tried to justify your searched Canadian contents, not the UK law, which you earlier professed to be used in India. You should know that India never followed US law or the Canadian law.
Further, where was your justification to expect the querist to get drafted affidavit on behalf of the opposite party, when he referred the existing language of some affidavit or to make his opposite party or even his own lawyer to get the existing affidavit replaced by the Canadian example that too without the permission of the court of law? Can you quote any law under which the affidavit once filed be replaced in the court records.
And most surprising of all things is, with what context of the present query, you have tried to quote example of Ms. Kamakshi's complaint at this thread.
I have noticed that you post any irrelevant thing in reply to anything without applying your mind or even understanding the basic need of the question.

I am of the opinion, at least you do not use your brain. Why pretend about sleeplessness, when you have been noticed and duly pointed out about misguiding the querists in more than 50 cases? Moreover, if you could not use your brain due to sleeplessness, who compelled you to misguide the querist?
