i have a query for divorce, a lady who has married a man who is very dangerous he always fight with her wife and his father and mother in law all are beware from him, sometimes he goes to take wine, vicsky and kept at his home.. now if his wife want divorce from him but no one supported her , how she can takel this things is there any safe law or idea to kept away from his husband..

wife may lodge a complaint under DV act and also u/s 498 a IPC against husband and his family members

Try to counsel the abuser spouse with help of elders of families, well wishers, mediators, panchayat members etc and mend the conduct and save the marriage….. and also build record and irrefutable evidences and keep unshakable witnesses..
If all efforts have failed then suffering spouse can lodge police complaint and let police officials also mediate and counsel, inquire and prepare report..
If marriage cannot be saved then try for MCD…
Or approach court to end the troubled wedlock..and place all evidences and facts before court..

First try to solve the marital discord amicably through involvement of neutral elders. Otherwise go for MCD and get rid of that man also tryng DV Act proceedings and 498 A proceedings against him.

not able to fully agree.the way you have described such like persons cannot be counseld out side police station.
Such like persons also never agree for MCD.
let her file formal divorce. let her also dial 100 as and when he becomes violent each time each day.
this she will have to do even if she is supported or not. or else she can continue getting tortured.
No other way.

Wife always have good option to have divorce if she is not able to stay with husband / she does not wish to stay with her husband. Wife can file complaints under IPC, DV and thereafter she can file divorce petition.
