only Review petition before the W.A court is maintainable who had disposed the W.A.

for appeal you have to approach Supreme court

There are very limited subjects in writ petition(s) to be considered by DB of High Court, what is the subject matter of your petition?
In case the petition has been dismissed by DB P& H High Court, as stated by you, you will have to move in SLP before Supreme Court, if you did not obtain certificate under Article 134A of the Constitution.
