Death certificate

Dear Sirs,
Please advise how can I obtain death certificate for my mother who expired about 25 years ago and I do not have any record for it. My father too had expired in about 17 years ago. I have death certificate for my late father but do not have any record for my late mother. I am the sole survivor of my deceased parents.

first of all your query is not legal it is a matter of procedure.

Yo9u have not at all indicated whether you know the date and place of death of your mother.

If you do not know the date of death then should forget about death certificate.

You contact Registrar of Births and deaths with your details of information of Delhi may find some information leading to death certificate of your Mother.

In Delhi there are 5 agencies who register death abd birth:-

1. North Delhi Municipal Corporation
2. South Delhi Municipal Corporation
3. East Delhi Municipal Corporation
4. New Delhi Municipal Council
5. Delhi Cantonment Board.

You should be aware of the place of death and date of death.
