That is the question I am having. Summon issued,should have been delivered to my house address. Who should I ask?

This forum cannot go and inspect the court records. You have to apply for the same.

Thank you Mr.Sudhir. My intend doesn't seem to be across correctly. I didn't ask the forum for inspection. I requested for advice on the situation. I asked the police who delivered NBW why I didn't get summon. The police person gave evasive response. I am just asking who should I contact. My other question is - Would surety needed for criminal case by default or only when it goes to NBW. Thanks in advance.

The police do not have any authority and information for service of summons against you. Experts on this platform can not help and oblige you in finding out the reasons for issuance of NBW against you,
as enquired by you.

Engage a local prudent lawyer and get the judicial file inspected to find out facts and circumstances qua issuance of NBW against you.
