1. A "FIRM" is a legal entity, registered as a OPC or a LLP or a Pvt.Ltd Co., or a Public Ltd. Co. AND there is no bar for any type of Professional (Lawyer, Doctor, Engineer) person, establishing and conducting the management and administrative affairs of the Legal Entity.

2. Legally it is not mandatory that a ENGINEER only an open a Technical Firm NOR it is mandatory that a Software Engineer only can open a Software Firm.

3. In India, the Ambani (Reliance) family are not Telecom technicratss, BUT yet are conducting the largest telecom in the world.

4. In India, A Layman entreprenuer may open a Legal Firm, werein the qualified and registered Professionals can be retained for conducting the affairs of the legal firm.
