Hi experts
My cousin is arrested for cheating in business. Ek broker ne unhe fasaya. Vo broker mere csn ka frnd h usne cheating ki h and mere csn ne frnd samjkar uaki help ki and us victim k pas gaya k me party hu. Ab vo gum h. Nd mera csn jail m h. He applied for bail. Dhara 420 and 409 case ko lagi h
Mere csn ko ssesion court se jamin mil jayegi??

The Bail application can be allowed if there exist good grounds with the accused about his innocence to show in his defence. Your brother was involved by the main culprit and as a friend your brother helped him. The mistake of your brother was that without checking the entire details he got involved in the business with the main culprit who has run away. The best course for your brother in the case is to become approver and try help police to trace the main culprit. The chances of getting bail from Session Court increases in this manner. In case Session Court refuse to allow bail, the bail application can be filled later on in the High Court.
