Mental torture

A girl and her boyfriend is trying to mentally torture n pressurize me for money when I am not liable to pay any single penny to her and our money related give n take was settled up. She is trying to pressurize me by trying to disturb my friends and closed ones . Can I send her a notice that if she pokes me or my people again I'll take a legal action for that? And If she has any issues I am ready for all legal enquiries. Plz help me out. What can I do in this situation? (Give and take between us was in cash,but I can definitely prove that I don't owe her any money)

Better to pose such a question to a psycharatist as there is "no" dispute is involved in your "presumed" story.

1. File an FIR against the alleged culprits, at the local police station, for Extortion and Threatening and request for investigation. This could, tentatively, serve the purpose.
