Forget it you won't get it back and enjoy life as it comes till you receive summon from appellant court.

Unbelievable story !!

By the way, on what ground you were able to win 125 case? What effective formula you used, please do reveal for the benefit of other victims of sec.125.

What is the 'main case' in 125 CrPC?

Why do you want to conceal your identity and seek second opinion on this platform?
No faith in yourself as well as your lawyer contesting your case(s)?

i contested it as P.I.P. i got some photos of our visiting different places and some bank transaction of spending money outside and transfering amount in her account. i'm hiding location and name for my own concern. thank you.

Probably, the anonymous querist has assumed the experts merely as idiots and himself as the most wisest person on earth. By the way, what the term P.I.P. means for you?

Purely hypothetical query does not have any solution. However, if you really happened to win the case, why not ask your own lawyer to get back your paid maintenance amount, as he would also be quite a capable lawyer, who saved you from paying the maintenance for the future.

So, you contested the case of sec 125 "as P.I.P. i got some photos of our visiting different places and some bank transaction of spending money outside and transfering amount in her account," and won the case. Surely, the judge of the case would have become the great admirer of your talent.

Of course, very good joke !!

P.I.P. for party in person
Cr.P.C. for criminal procedure code
C.P.C. for civil procedure code
I.P.C. indian penal code
I do respect all the experts here. they are here because they are experts. i hope the experts are here to help those who are in need and with a good motive and ideology. if some reached here on the vast network of the internet means he might have searched alot on the internet and has spends hours in doing so. besides this site they are other lot of sites on the internet which provides previous judgements, legal advises, as well as there are many whatsapp groups, and also individuals who are trying to help those who are struck in false cases and facing the agony of the legal process without any proper reason. i think replying someone query with irrelevant comments and counter questions will serve no purpose on this website and further demoralise and cause injury to the reputation of this website as well as the experts.
