How to exhibit documents submitted by defendant in one case.

Defendant has submitted photo copies of police complaint in DV case initially however has denied the police complaint (documents )in other cases.I need to read these documents as evidence in other cases as well as DV case as they are completely fabricated. The documents ie police complaints are not exhibited in the DV case ,can I use it as evidence to prove my case ?

You can always apply and get copy of the Police Complaint through RTI and use it in your other case. If the police complaint is fabricated or forged you will come to know through RTI about its truth and you can use the reply received by you of RTI application in your cases.
Even for cross examination in the other case, you can refer to the police complaint copy she has filled in DV complaint without even showing her the same.

Get certified true copies of all Documents you want to produce.
Get Doc applying RTI as suggested. Being Public Document, it can be exhibited , admitted / no need to prove it.

I agree with the expert advise of Mr. V R Sharoff, obtain and produce certified copy of the complaint, if it has "some" relevance to other case (which you have concealed from experts in this query).
