CWP filed in one of the application dismissed by labour court. Since high court is giving very long dates due to which I have no source of livelihod. Can court be requested to decide the case early or give short dates if there is any provision of law.

Will case in labour court continue and before high court application will be decided which has been dismissed by labour court.

Case is pending before labour court on evidence. One application for summoning the witness was dismiss and CWP filed before high court for which notice issued. My query is will both cases continue in court.
