Are your GF and father alive or dead? If your father is alive, you cannot raise any claim against property of GF.

Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 09 November 2017
Grand daughter in law has share in the property of her husband if expired intestate.

Grand daughter has share in the property of her father, if father expired intestate.

Vague, irrelevant and childish advice of Mr. Rajendra K Goyal. Where is the question of grand daughter-in-law? Also, where the question has been raised by the querist for the share of her father's property. She has asked query with reference to the property of her grandfather only.

Further, how Mr. Rajendra K Goyal is sure that the grandfather of the querist has already expired, when not stated anywhere by her? Very strangely, he talked about grand daughter but discussed about the property of father, when stated, "Grand daughter has share in the property of her father, if father expired intestate."

Further, the querist has asked the question as a grand daughter with reference to her grandfather, but Mr. Goyal advises her as if she was a granddaughter-in-law. What a funny understanding?

After all Mr. Rajendra K Goyal he has proved that he is merely a child of 2 years, as his profile picture reveals.

Actually this forum is not meant to solve riddles.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 10 November 2017

This forum is also not for testing skill of the experts like a student that you will get an answer and then introduce facts to prove the answer as wrong.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 10 November 2017
This is also not an astrological forum where experts can know facts without you telling facts.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 10 November 2017
You are gaining nothing by hiding facts rather losing. You will either get no advise or a wrong advise based on half facts.

In the absence of father and grand father assujing that theyhave expired intestate and she is the sole survivor of her grand father's self acquired property after obtaining legal heir certificate fron locsal Tehsildar she can get succeeded to the entire seof acqyuired prioperty of her grand father as his leal heir and sole survivor. If Grand fsather is stiilll alive as full owne of his self acquired property he can transfer the property to any body he wishes. with full ownership attributes.

Seems you are very serious to increase your no. of posts through vague / unwarranted / irrelevant / baseless / non related / multiple posts.

Above posts are posted with moto to through mud on others / littering the forum and increasing your no. of posts.

A good method to increase replies without having / using legal knowledge.

JIGYASU - Legal analyst

More than 90% of your posts are either vague or target other experts and even querists.

Excellent example of your legal knowledge.

Should try to contribute if possible / have capacity.

What any expert is gaining by providing free and volunteer service on this platform.

You cannot digest the same and just try to gain cheap popularity.

Your motto is to comment and target experts of the site rather to contribute.

Your one point program seem to be that the forum should be closed.

@ Rajendra K Goyal,

You have started number game by making 4 more vague and irrelevant posts.

Now I shall give appropriate replies separately to each of your individual posts.

YOU ARE WELCOME TO MAKE MORE EVASIVE POSTS AND GET EXPOSED EXTENSIVELY, AS A FAKE EXPERT, WHO ONLY TRIES TO MISLEAD THE PEOPLE FACING PROBLEMS.

@ Rajendra K Goyal,

You said: "Very easy to comment on other experts:"

My Reply:
Why you have not justified your advice, where I have proved your advice to be quite wrong with my reasoned comments on your wrong advice?

Even now, I give you an opportunity to justify your advice if you really have any capability, I shall withdraw my comments with regret. TAKE THE CHALLENGE.

@ Rajendra K Goyal,

You said, "Seems you are very serious to increase your no. of posts through vague / unwarranted / irrelevant / baseless / non related / multiple posts.

MY REPLY: My comments proving you wrong was merely in a single post, while you made three irrelevant posts that too without justifying your stand on your advice, as against my observations. SO, IT IS OPEN FOR EVERYBODY TO NOTICE, THAT ONLY YOU ARE INTERESTED IN INCREASING YOUR OWN "vague / unwarranted / irrelevant / baseless / non related / multiple posts"..

YOU SAID: "Above posts are posted with moto to through mud on others / littering the forum and increasing your no. of posts."

MY REPLY: My observation is quite reasoned to prove you wrong, but you have failed to justify your advice to the querist as against my observation. TAKE THE CHALLENGE TO PROVE MY OBSERVATION AS WRONG. My motto is not throwing mud, but to save the querist from getting misled by fake experts, like you.

@ Rajendra K Goyal,

YOU SAID: "More than 90% of your posts are either vague or target other experts and even querists."

MY REPLY: Don't try to force your own statistics on me. I have proved your advice to be wrong even in this thread. I can prove that more than 90% of your posts are quite vague and irrelevant, whereas you cannot prove any of my opinion as wrong.

If the forum would get closed that would only be due to you like people, who make only vague and irrelevant posts with wrong and misleading advice, which I have proved even in this thread.

YOUR MULTIPLES OF VAGUE & EVASIVE POSTS CANNOT ERASE YOUR GUILT OF MAKING WRONG ADVICE TO THE QUERISTS, AS YOU MADE IN THIS THREAD ALSO, AS PROVED THROUGH MY OBSERVATION ABOVE, BUT YOU HAVE TOTALLY FAILED TO JUSTIFY THAT EVEN THROUGH A SINGLE POST OUT OF YOUR 3 EVASIVE POSTS.
