Time Bond Enquiry

Sir We were Selected as JE in Punjab Govt. in Dec.2015 but in Feb. govt got paper leakage complaints and in 10April 2016 Vigilence registered FIR. But till Today Vigilence hasn't submitted Final Challan in thr Court. It has Been about 1.5 year but still no final report by vigilence. Can we as Succesful Candidates Take any Legal Action Against the Vigilence Enquiry In High Court. bcz I am now overage and cannot fill new vacancies. It has been till Dec.2015 we are waiting for Our Joining.

The enquiry is not against you
.Why should u bother? Your overage if it goes against you is different thing to be dealt with later.

There is paper leakage and the selection no more exists and subsists.

Vigilance is only for fixing responsibility for leasers and not to establish if leakage is there or not.

Don't sit idle and age debar from other opportunities that you can/could avail.

Your selection is "no selection" since the examination vis-a-vis result is annulled.
Try another attempt without waiting for vigilance action/proceeding. You can not expedite or seek any adverse action against investigating agency.
