Dear sir I received a notice form the Equipment finance company's Arbitrator to appear before him for over due payment delay for against the Equipment loan acquired whether we have to appear compulsory are we can give reply our explanation from our office itself if we not appear there what happens kindly tell me

You can appear either person or through consel but your appearance is must in case you don't appear Arbitrator may pr�ceed ex-parte and pass Award .
