Fathers property distridution

we are two brothers and a sister, we want to distribute our fathers property mutually, our father is not ready to make a will , he is not ready for signature any where, can we brothers and sister go for any legal documents for distribution of fathers property

When your father is the absolute owner any activity related to property with out his consent by any one would be illegal and criminal as well

you have no right to partitioned your father's self acquired properties during his lifetime.
