Abusing on whatsap

Some body abused मादर.......(Abuse in mothers name in hindi ) on whatsap. I have saved the msg.. Is it a crime. Can I file FIR or court case . Which section of Ipc are applicable. Please advise

U JUST DO WHAT IS SUGGESTED BY ME OR ANY OTHER RESPECTED MEMBERS RATHER GETTING INFORMATION OF SECTIONS.....
AS IF ON A COMPLAINT A PHONE CALL FROM A POLICE OFFICER TO THE PERSON WILL MORE THAN ENOUGH
