sir my name is gaurav rohilla and my date of birth is 10-03-1995. and i was selected in indian air force as an airmen in 2014 oct .and in april 2015 list was out and my name is in waiting i.e.3 rd waiting . but i dont have any call from selection centre .when i was asking from selection officer they told my your list is now invalid and you donvhave any chance to join indian air force .but after six month next batch was going to training centre and in this enrollment list one of candidate who are selected in oct and call december 2015 .so my query is selection officer told me your list vaildity is 1 year .and oneof my batch cadidate are calling from selection centre . there validity also invalid why there are calling him .but the stdent are called his name in main list but validity is over . so sir if i apply rti is it giving me a benefit or if i apply case file is it good or not tell me sir what can i do..

Well suggestion given by my learned friend , first seek all details by RTI if any one being selected after your serial number then you can legally fight for it.But if your part is genuine , consult local lawyer and seek remedy for your case
