Police filed closure report in my 156(3) petition after colluding with accused. Can I seek compensation from government for malafide investigation in high court. Please help

Has the closure report challenged and court found malafide investigation?

Being complainant (as presumed) you should challenge closure report in Trial Court.

There is no such provision to seek compensation for mala fide investigation.
