What is procedure to recover cash security in criminal case when accused is dead? Can legal heirs of the accused recover the same, of yes under what provision of crpc application needs to be filed? Kindly support the reply with citations.

What were the allegations in the FIR/Charge-sheet where the accused was directed to pay "cash security", which is unbelievable statement??
