Extremely sorry sir for replying lately... sir ,actually I had a case against me of IPC 323 341 and the party wants to contest.now my query is what can be the maximum punishment for this section?do I have the chance of imprisonment or merely a fine will be imposed?

thank u rajendra ji...as u said I will try my best to settle it amicably...BT sir I wanted to know that if I get convicted is imprisonment is confirmed or I can avoid imprisonment by paying fine?
