Poultry farm pollution

Hello Experts,
I am from tamilnadu..
Near my house within 5 metres a poultry farm was laid by my neighborhood..
It is creating noise, air pollutions and health impacts..
We have petitioned about this to pollution control board , primary health etc.. Each time inspection will happen and government officials will instruct him to do proper measures.. But no action from his side..
Now can you help me by clarifying how can i file a petition in court, or what are the ways to make the poultry farm close..

first Consult a Local good advocate and serve notice to all the officials to whom you had already made the complaints.After 20 days file a suit in the Concerned Court
against the Poultry farm including all the Officials to whom you had served the notice as Party.

You can seek remedy from an Executive Magistrate (SDO/RDO/District Magistrate) as well.

Agreeing with Mr Venu I will add that there is a provision in S/133 CrPC that SDM can pass passes order for abatement of public nuisance.
