On line fraud

An online recruitment agency JOb4career.com promised to provide jobs. Took 18000 INR as fee which was refundable. But after taking money they disappeared. No phone nos is working. Their Web site not working. How can I proceed to get my money back. I have mails from them. Some recorded conversation too. Can consumer forum help us

File a police complaint with the nearest police station. They shall transfer the inquiry to the cyber cell if necessary.
