Service conditions, superannuation benefits

When the banks are merged, whether the employee of transferer bank can get the superannuation benefits of transferee Bank? What about the service conditions and perks?

The Bank must have circulated before merger, during merger and after merger.

The bank employees' unions must have participated.

The T&C of the said merger must have been circulated.

Do these deny such benefits?

If you are a Bank employee, check Bank site internally for latest circulars on staff matters.

I agree with the expert opinion and advise of Sh. Rajedra K Goyal.

The acquiring Bank has already taken care of the service terms & conditions of the employees already in service of merging Banks. Please confirm from HR head of SBI as well as your own (previous i.e., before merger)Band HR.
