Hi, recently, I took a property in which I added my mother as my coapplicant in the sale agreement. Now my Pf withdrawal got rejected because they have a clause in which the agreement should be either solely on my name or on my and my spouse name.
Please suggest some way in which I can withdraw the amount . my mom is happy to transfer all her ownership to me.

If you are willing to go against the rule of the pf department, then you can file a petition at the highcourt.

Make changes in sale agreement with everyone’s consent, or cancel it and sign new agreement.
This time check with PF authority before you act as you want to withdraws from PF a/c.

1. Let mother execute a "Gift Deed" for her share ratio in your favor or your wifes favor. This will serve all the required legal purposes.
