Thank you experts for ur support till now today I went to a court in vaijapur a cort wherey wife worked before marriage n today I came to know from some advocates she won't come to u because she was and is engaged with the senior advocate I know it doesnt sound good in ur profession but its true I was shoked today but I can't do anything wt can I do can experts help me she is asking maintainance to me inspite she left the house her self wt can be done plz plz hlp

you can send her notice for RCR if you want to avoid further consequences of law.

RCR is a guaranteed tool to compel a wife to file true/false criminal cases on husband with without family alongwith married unmarried brothers/sisters and their spouses.

Earlier thread she filed false cases being advocate now practising in a court far away from my and her place where she used to practise before marraige and again same place with the same senior lawyer lying to courts that not working where cases are on senior layer not having wife so i think it was a prepared plan against me to marry and go with in 2 months wt is RCR and plz suggest some good points to prove her guilt and crime
