Sir someone help me.
My parents went bankrupt in finance business. They have surrendered to police. But some police after tAking bribe from
from people, torturing me to come police station which is 1000 kms away from the place i am resding now.I am working in a psu. so they are threatining me saying that
they will keep me in station for many days.
i am feeling threatned to go there because some of the people who gave money to my parents may beat me to death. Please help me. From many nights i am planning to commit suicide as a result of their torture. please help me.

File a written complaint to the Suprerintendent of police of District, Deputy Commissioner of your District and Home minister of State and Central Govt., and send a copy to the PSI local police station.

Is there any way to deny their arrest threat as i am thousand kms away from my place since 1 year and no where the case is linked to me except the fact that accused are my parents...they are threatining that they will come to my place and take me...can they really do it just bcoz my name was included by complainant to make me cry.. I had not taken any money...not signed any cheque...studied 4 years in tamilnadu and working in tamilnadu which is away frm my parents residence Hyderabad....

Record all calls.
Apparently they are trying to link you with debts of parents.
Hope you have copy of service rules of your PSU.
Visit a very able local counsel ASAP at your location to defend yourself from call/threat of arrest and departmental action that might be possible.

Mr. Moon,
How "MOON" which is several lakhs of KMs away from earth can go to the police station. Police may have to make some special arrangement to reach at Moon. More so, how it could become possible for a CHILD to get a job in a PSU before attaining the minimum qualifying age, as you stated, "police torturing CHILD"? An unbelievable hypothetical story!
If you are so afraid of getting beaten to death and also planning to commit suicide as a result of their torture (not even happened), you could have rushed to some top lawyer of your area, and not have posted your query here in such a casual manner.
If there is even slightest truth in your story, contact some good lawyer immediately to help you speedily and practically.

It appears that a complaint of Cheating is filed against your parents and you. If the police want ur presence they should sent summons in writing and not over the telephone. Next time when any such call comes u may politely request for summons and on receipt of the same you may act in consultation with local lawyer.

Further you have to be careful about one thing.
You should carry none of these debts. Habitual indebtedness and bankruptcy is good and sufficient reason for a govt (psu) employee to loose job.
