Correction in aadhar

My father has applied for the Aadhar card but his last name was not there on it when we received it and DOB given on the Aadhar was only birth year as per the format they followed that time. Now when we applied for the correction in the name the DOB has automatically changed to default 01/01/1954 which is a software mistake.As this is the mistake of the software please suggest how can i get it fixed as my father does not have any other proof of identitiy/DOB.

Some of the mistakes in Aadhar can be rectified online, can try.

If not possible, visit Aadhar center.

visit uidai link or National Portal of India for any of Aadhaar.

Old aadhar card was printed black and white , additionally only year was mentioned. Now latest aadhar card they print colour photograph and date of birth is full that is date months year

Visit https://uidai.gov.in/

First download latest E-Aadhar if all data is correct then your problem is solved automatically after updation in aadhar software by uidai (This version updation was done 3-4 year back )

If Problem is not solved then click on website update aadhar , except bio-metric data all other things can be updated online (But you need to have same mobile no. with you which you have given at time of aadhar registration in form) . If no. is changed then go to Aadhar kendra they will solve problem
