I with my family are accused in a complaint criminal case u/s 420,406 r/w 3/4 dp act.Bail granted in jury 2016. from that time complainant is asking for adjournment through his Advocate.An application for early completion of CRPC 244 which has been posted for hearing on 25-02-17.I want some judgment for argument and guideline for this please.
