I have two kids . I am married from 9 years .I have 8 year daughter and 1 year son .I am housewife .my.in laws home environment is not good for children .will I get custody of both children

If not barred by some court order, you have the first right on your children.

Under what circumstance s the court not gives the custody of children. My elder daughter is immotionaly attached to me more than her father..As she is 8years will court take her consent.My husband has threand me that he will take my elder daughter .I am very worried.When I was working after marriage he use to take my whole salary.He never use to give me even single penny

You may keep your children with you, if other party approach court for custody, may oppose the move on merit.

Ask for maintenance, if you are a housewife not having independent source of income.
