Anti sexual harassment case

(Querist) 14 January 2017 This query is : Resolved
Dear All,

I have a clear case that I have not committed any mistake , as a colleague i wished a girl at my office for a pongal wish. She has raised as concern against me in Grievances Redressal Board (GRB). Entire team of GRB , is supportive to that girl, because she has good conduct with one of the Bigshot of the company.

Kindly advise on the following questions

1. Can i take up legally to court of Law
2. If i take this to court, will my job be lost.
3. Is there any procedure to get a stay that , nobody should terminate me till the judgement is realised.

Regards
Balaji

If wish on the eve of Pongal is 'S*xual harassment' then wishes on any other eve e.g; New Year, Republic Day etc , can also be 'S*xual harassment'.

Either the facts are somewhat different or the Grievances Redressal Board (GRB), Entire team of GRB is biased and proceedings are full of malice.

Has the termination been stated to you?

Can you adduce evidence.

If you are apprehending termination ( that too on charges of 'S*xual harassment') then you may ASAP visit your own counsel specializing in labor/service matters and proceed to get stay on termination.

You should defend yourself before the committee and bring all facts and evidences on the file. let the committee conclude.

Dears,

I do agree to your points . They didn't made any termination. This girl has terminated 7 to 8 employees of our company on the same issue like this. How Can i defend myself??
Still they have not dismissed or terminated me . Still case at GRB , is on discussion or closure.

you asked

1. Can i take up legally to court of Law
2. If i take this to court, will my job be lost.
3. Is there any procedure to get a stay that , nobody should terminate me till the judgement is realised.

BASED ON GIVEN SKETCHY FACTS REPLY TO ALL THESE IS "NO".

Please come clear with facts as mere PONGAL wish cannot bne the reason.

GRB or any authority/Court do consider gravity of allegation against an employee. GRB cannot function biased, as stated.

No one can be terminated just on the allegation of "pongal wish" to any person. An unbelievable statement that 7-8 persons of the company have already been terminated on similar allegation.

The facts are unsuccessfully manipulated and fabricated by author.

Procedure has to be followed by GRB.

You should present evidences that you only wished Pongal and nothing more was said by you.

Unity and proper defense would bring positive results.

Are you posting pointers that the proximity of the female employee to bigshots of the company and termination of 7-8 employees of same/similar charges is connivance to effect termination, circumventing due process of effecting termination ( in other/otherwise cases), and ending the career of terminated employees and ending future competition.

In that case all:the GRB and further: are involved.

You are pointing to a big abuse.

Don't end pursuation by mere posting query in this thread and by ending query, after some posts.

Are you not member of any employee's/trade union, Forum Guild,IC etc ?

Isn't there any Works Committee/Grievance Redressal Committee?

Have you approached a very able counsel specializing in such/service matters?

As per your post your employment and career and future is at stake.
