i have state authoriosied caste certificate but in tc the college authority says caste cant be change

If the caste has been changed as per some latest notification then they should agree......

only sub caste to be change as they are saying no problems with it. and i have recorected sub caste certificate. this issue can be any problem in future

thasildar issued caste certificate is have all correct this enough for any further requirements no caution by mistake in tc(only sub-cate) pls replay sir.

go through web link " your state.gov.in or your state portal" (your state means up/odisha/mp/ap etc.....)

When you could get the change of sub-caste by the Tehsildar, why cannot you do that in the case of Transfer Certificate? Go the college and submit the latest caste certificate issued by Tehsildar and ask them to issue fresh Transfer Certificate basing on the caste certificate issued as per the latest Gazette Notification. This will solve all your future problems.

Surname may not necessarily be caste.
For change caste in records of school, approach school authorities with all proofs.
If do not agree, may take help of local lawyer to get court orders.
