My relative in judicial custody since 70 days he has been put sections 439,419,420,465,467,471,507 120 so by whn should he be grnted bail jn high court we have all eveidence to get him free emails and sms main accuse are out in antucipatory bail pls reply

Without seeing the contents of FIR it is difficult to advise on merits of the case.
70 days seems to be too long a time and I find great prospect in getting bail from High Court.

70 days in judicial custody is the good ground for getting AB.
The other accused are in AB is also a supporting ground.
