Place of filing case

1.My freind was stayed in Borivali on rental premises alongwith his wife.

2.He has mothers place at virar. where as his wife mothers place at borivali where they staying separately now.

3.They last resided at his brother in law house for 3 days before separated at pune.

4.Now my friend want to file a case of NCR . Can he file a case from Pune.

As a Real Friend instead of taking your Friend and his wife to Court you could Initiate Steps to Unite them.

Please state what is the actual fact, how your friend is facing all these problems and what prevent them to approach directly.

He has filed case and must have hired a lawyer, what is the opinion of his lawyer.

As per workding , he is blackmill by wife and her mother in the given situation. Can it be possible to complaint against his issue to any govt dept or police at hire ups? Is submission of correct fact amounts to cruelty in this case?
