You can move for relaxation to court / High Court which accepted anticipatory bail.

1)Once i get regular bail anticipatory bail conditions are voltailed?

2)For Regular bail also we need to produce person surety ? or money bond is fine ?
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 13 October 2016
1. Depend on bail orders.
2. Yes.

AB Bail orders has conditions , so you mean that will be applicable even after we can regualr bail ?

For Regualr bail money bond alone is sufficent?

Agree with Mr.RK.Goyal.

The facts stated reveal that there was no requirement or justication for the Police to make arrests. It appears that you had unnecessarily rushed to the High Court.

Now that investigation is complete, final report given and summons issued, you need to appear in the Trai Court and get the regular bail. This is a routine matter. Thereafter, in my considered opinion, the conditions of the regular bail granted by the Trial Court alone will be material.

Take up with your own counsel as advised by experts.

Discuss with your lawyer, if merits exist family members may approach for quashing of charges against them.
