What is the meaning of "personally present" of agm?

My CA said "personally"mean "physically". So Video conference is not permitted.

Kindly advice me if you are CS expert, two members "physically" present is required for AGM of Pvt. Ltd according to follow rule?

[(-) in the case of a private company, two members personally present,shall be the quorum for a meeting of the company.]

Personally present means physically present

INTROSPECT ON THIS:
1. "Personally" present can also denote "present thru POA or AR person"

2. "Physically" present shall denote in-person.

3. In a Pvt. Ltd. Co., there is minimum requirement of TWO persons. Hence by legal default, attendance by two directors is legally sufficient enough for passing all BOD resolutions, subject to various parameters.
