Regarding religion minority

Hi All,

My community is veerashaiva lingayat(distinct shaiva sect in karnataka) demanding for religion minority status. suppose if central government gives the religion minority status will it stands in the courts?

If i am wrong in convey the message my apologies for that.

The govt is empowered to take decisions.

Decisions can be contested.

Courts are there to decide.

Nothing can be anticipated but one thing is sue that Lingayats are Hindus and they do not fall within the category of regious minority category

thanks sir even though i am hailing from lingayats community i dont want religion minority we want to be part with hindus only
