Husband got second marriage without divorcing me the first wife

Hi Sir/Madam,
My Husband got married in feb 2016 without divorcing me. My father filled a FIR aginst him in my home town and I filled case against him But police doesn't take any action against it. What can I do in this situation? Please Help.

What FIR lodged by your father, you should have lodged FIR of bigamy? What case was initiate by you and your father?

ok sir i ll discuss with my advocate for this.
@Rajendra Sir, yes sir my father lodged FIR of bigamy, but after 5 months later police told us that this case ll be transfer to my husbands home town for investigation.It cant be process in my home town.
Had we done anything wrong to file that FIR in my home town? Please suggest me.

The version of the police is accurate. Even complaint under section 200 of Criminal procedure code is maintainable before the trial magistrate having the jurisdiction in whose area such crime has taken place.

Actually Sir I have a daughter of 13 years, and i m a cancer patient since 2009 than also i m working for our (me n my daughter)survival..thats why to avoid my run my father file that case from my home town..but if it is a legal process than we have to..But isn't any other way?

Cancer patients are paid from CM,PM fund.

Obtain procedure and forms from Civil Surgeon office.

@ Kumar Doab sir,,i got it in 2009..now i m fit but have to go for my regular checkups..i dont need any fund..but i only want my daughter's right from his father and my right from my husband.
