Cheque returned by the bank drawers signature not as per mandate

Can we transfer, N.I Act case from One state to another State. Due to some Health problem to avoid travelling.

Your able counsel can handle the matter on merits, in court of law.

Gopal was your partner and joint signatory as per mandate and custodian of cheque book.

You should have closed the business and a/c properly and surrendered the cheque book to bank.

You have not mentioned about the mode of closure of your business on your part without which the reply shall be based upon presumptions and assumptions.

If your signature have been forged then better to lodge a police case against Gopal and his brother and file quashing against FIR lodged against you.
