Convert farm land in na land.

Hi,
I have land 2.5 gunthe in Igatpuri Dist Nashik. I have done construction with permission of municipal authority of igatpuri, but now i have to convert it in NA land, so what procedure i have to follow, please help me.

It shall be better for you to personally contact in the office of Tehsildar (Talathi) and enquire about their requirement as the procedure and required documents from State to State are different and there is no unanimity.

Mr Dixit,

First of all, without making the land N.A. how you have constructed ? Its an illegal way you have done. And for obtaining N.A. permission , you have to apply Dist. Collector, wherein so many NOC are required.

The detailed inquiry with Tehisldar's office shall clarify everything to you.

Check if there is possibility of compounding for violations,if any.

You have to prey to district collector collector. Discuss / engage local lawyer.

Talathi office do forward every such file to district collector for its final approval. First go and enquire there instead of repeatedly insisting whom to meet.

It seems your next question will be which vehicle to catch to reach to the office of Talathi and how much is its distance from your house.
