Birth not registered when born

I am Anil i was born in 22 06 1993 in Bangalore (Bommanahalli) in home at that time my parents havent registered my birth,so where should i approach to get my birth certificate now

You have to apply to the muncipality/corpn. with affidavit mentioning your date of birth and get it notarized and your father also execute another affidavit with your date of birth for requesting to register now. they will send for inquiry. after inquiry, the revenue officials also inquiry and then SDO/RDO will give orders to enter the date of birth to the mpl/corporation authorities.

There must be existing process for late registration of birth. Contact the registrar office, complete the process and proceed.

Get that registered now by paying prescribed late fee, as per the the provisions of the births & deaths registration act.
