(Querist) 25 July 2016 This query is : Resolved
My employer has not deposited EPF (Employee & Employer) contribution for year & a half. However, I would like to know if upon my resignation, can I withdraw EPF balance in my PF account.
I have completed over 10 years of service..

You may ask the employer to supply PF a/c slips of each year that is supplied by EPFO to employer.

You may also ask the employer to deposit the employee's+employer's contribution to EPFO.

It is fraud.

You can lodge police complaint as well.

Act before employer vanishes.

Your focus should be on ensuring that the employer crediting the contribution. Why you want to approach a passive approach?

If the employer has not deposited the EPF lodge complaint with the EPFO.

Apparently the author is facing the same dilemma that majority of the employees that are not united, have not formed unions, are fearsome etc etc...............

If a complaint is lodged then employer and its attorney's in Line Management/HR/Personnel/legal/Admin etc may turn vindictive and harass.

While in employment: You may ask the employer to supply PF a/c slips of each year that is supplied by EPFO to employer............................ and also ask the employer to deposit the employee's+employer's contribution to EPFO. ( in as many words/lines as you wish) OR atleast.......... You may ask the employer to supply PF a/c slips of each year that is supplied by EPFO to employer.

After separation and after obtaining all employment related documents with good comments, good BGV...................submit PF transfer forms to next employer..................and rake up the issue.

Thereafter you can lodge complaint with EPFO, police in person and also create noise thru unions/media etc etc..........

Check if the employer is listed amongst 'Defaulters' by EPFO.
