New job and criminal case

Sir I was working in a private bank there a fir is lodge against me and it is under trail in section 406,409,420 I have resigned that back and start preparing for the next exam and qualified in govt exam. In that exam I told that I was not working any where currently as I resigned but now I have to fill verification form in which I have to tell the truth of my case I am afraid that it may be the cause of disqualification. As dept may refuse to accept me with the case under trail. Suggest me my fear is for true or nothing is this may happen to me.
OR I conceal from the next employer about the case. If they accept me and I got conviction in that case then what is the consequences of it on my next job. Pls Sir suggest me.

You cannot get advise from Sr experts of this forum to hide the facts and get the job.
Such like persons get dismissed from service when they are overage even for private job.
Unless you are honourably acquitted you are not eligible to join and you have been rightly advised by others.
You may hide the facts but police is bound to record the same even if you heavily bribe them no cop will risk his pension by giving wrong verification.

You are not eligible for Government job till case is pending against you or not honorably acquitted.

Mr. Ramesh,
About a year back you were suspended by some department, inquiry was started but with no progress, thereafter you wanted noc for job somewhere else, thereafter you filed a case in HC and you wanted to change your lawyer, now you have stated that you were working in a private bank and a criminal case against you is under trial and you resigned, got job in Government.
In such a jumbled position depicted by you, I wonder, how you were allowed to resign when the criminal case as well as the departmental inquiry was pending against you?
Still further, now you have asked the experts whether you should make a mention of your case or not in the verification form.
Can you please clarify, what actually is the reality? If you are really interested to get solutions to your problem, please don't try to concoct another story to mislead the experts.

Sir actually the case is that last year same time I was suspended on 09/06/15 by the dept and they served me a charge sheet on 13/07/15 and without listening me and giving any information they file a fir on 10/08/15 in sec 406,409,420 only with malafide intension with all false preliminary enquiry of amount 3.76 lakh on which I got a anticipatory bail from high court not arrested for a single minute. Then they start dept enquiry on august31.but I was unable to attend that due to lack of documents. After then there is no date for DE. Police file challan on 09/12/15 and case is under trail. And I was kept under suspension from last 13 months and no dept enquiry is in progress not the dept is eager to listen and I am walking here and there so that any one can listen me as I have full document that I am innocent. Now as I was in probation and it's period is completed in Jan 2016 but at that time I was in suspension so I don't know what happens with that.
Now as I think to leave this job as there is no system in this dept so I want to know how can I do this. And how can I get a new job as I have given exams and will qualify in some so I am in great dillema what can I do.
So I request to all of you pls suggest me the write way other wise my whole lyf is going to spoil. And decision of criminal case comes after long tym. Pls suggest me pls. I have given many applications but no one is there to listen me..

Hard luck! unless you get exonerated from sec 406,409,420 case, you cannot expect any Government job.

Although the department has the power to reinstate you after getting clearance from the police after completion of investigation, but still they can keep you under suspension till you are not exonerated of the charge by the court.
